Sayeh Seyedfathi, President of Hugo Boss Glendale Galleria had been considering permission based, email marketing for some time. Postage fees were rising and traditional advertising not performing well.

She briefly considered an in-house solution, but did not want to be left struggling with software she neither understood or had time for. Our pay as you go, on-demand 24/7 email service suited her needs perfectly.

After a meeting at the store, Sayeh requested our Bespoke set up package. This gets you up and running within 5days. After setting up your account, we lovingly design and test your custom template. We also design your first campaign including any graphic design or image editing you might need. In Sayeh's case she choose a welcome email. To keep you in the loop, you can access real-time reports. See who opened, clicked a link or forwarded your email to a friend, and tons more data.

Since the welcome email 16mths ago, Sayeh has tried to deploy a newsletter once a month. I'm just a phone call or email away. For example, on the Friday before Memorial day she emailed me at 12am with a rush job , "I want an email to go out for a Memorial Day Weekend Sale I am having, can you get it out today?" I designed and sent it out that same afternoon.

We will be available to you 24/7. If you need a quick copy revision at 10:00 at night, it'll be taken care of. If you need us to source images from a vendor on a Saturday, it will be taken care of. It's up to you how involved you want to be. Sayeh usually sends me an email each month with a couple of sentences about the promotion/content. Other clients like to create a rough layout for us to work from.

We always send you drafts and go through as many revisions as needed for you to be 100% happy. We provide you with real-time reports on each campaign. We're the sweet spot between an inexperienced staff member, and expensive marketing agencies with high overheads. Affordable, experienced and effective.
